What additional information can I provide to troubleshoot this @rposert? all I have done is taken an old VAT job, cloned it and ran it, and the outputs do not contain CTF slots.
Incidentally, if I create a fresh VAT job, but reconnect the same inputs as in the previous problematic case, it does generate the CTF slot correctly - so perhaps it is an issue that specifically pertains to cloning and modifying old VAT jobs?
Currently, cloning jobs that were created in previous versions does not re-create outputs according to the current version’s job specification, which can cause the issue you observed. This is currently the expected behavior; a change to this is noted.
Hi @wtempel - thank you, but I don’t think it is exactly this. It is not that the old version of volume alignment tools generated output in a different format or anything - the original job (run with the old version) has a ctf slot in the output.
It is that then when I clone it and run it, without changing inputs, it no longer generates a CTF slot in the output. This does not seem like the expected behavior?
