Slurm_load_jobs_error: Invalid job id specified after update to v4.0.1

Hi,
I update cryoSPARC from v3.3.1 to v4.0.1, and the interface have changed to the new one of v4.0.1. But when I submit a reconstruction job, it reports error like this:

BTW, the import particle job can run well. I guess something went wrong in the calculation nodes.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!

Please confirm:

  • The CRYOSPARC_LICENSE_ID values match between cryosparc_master/config.sh and cryosparc_worker/config.sh
  • cat version patch
    executed within cryosparc_worker and cryosparc_master show that master and worker software are at the same version and patch levels

Please post the output of
cryosparcm joblog P25 J55
as well as the contents of any --output= and/or --error= files if such files were specified as #SBATCH options.

Thank you very much! The problem is solved, and the reason is that the worker does not update automatically.

You are correct. Clusters require special update and patch procedures.
I am glad the problem has been resolved.
