Invalid job id specified (update to 4.2.1)

hi, we updated from CS 4.0 to 4.2.1 and now receiving this error on our cluster. We updated the workers as suggested by here but that did not help.

Is or, better, was 4273131 a valid job id at some point, but the job information has been “purged” from the slurm database, as discussed in sacct - slurm: How can I prevent job's information to be removed? - Stack Overflow?
