New user installation

Hi @Venkata, can you please try following the instructions in the below posts and see if that resolves it?

User not found upon trying to log in

I installed on a single workstation by following installing master - installing worker steps. When I launched a web browser (firefox in CentOS 7.6) and typed username and password, the web browser said “user not found”. I checked the user had been created properly by executing the command cryosparcm listusers. Checking log files for command_core and database did not yield anything suspicious. Can somebody suggest a resolution to this?
