New user installation

I am a new cryosparc user. I am trying to install cryosparc on my work station. I got the following message while extraction.

Thank you for your response. I could fix the problem. Now I am having another issue after installing the program when I try to login cryosparc in my browser. I gave same email I used during installation it says user not found. Can you guide me how I can start to use.

User not found upon trying to log in

I installed on a single workstation by following installing master - installing worker steps. When I launched a web browser (firefox in CentOS 7.6) and typed username and password, the web browser said “user not found”. I checked the user had been created properly by executing the command cryosparcm listusers. Checking log files for command_core and database did not yield anything suspicious. Can somebody suggest a resolution to this?
