Manual pick did not show all micrographs

Hi,
I am running the cryosparc v3.3. I collected 400 micrographs for the negative staining data and try to do the manual pick. I found that the manual pick job only showed around 100 micrographs and did not show all of them.
I am wondering how to address this issue?

AFAIK, this is by design until it is reworked. I don’t recall seeing a mention in recent release notes. The suggested workaround is to manually split your data into 100 mic-chunks and recombine the picks post hoc.

Hi @Elad, @CryoEM1 Unfortunately you can only see 100 micrographs at a time in the manual picker job. We are still working on updates to this job overall. In the meantime, please see this post on how you can split the micrograph set and work with the subsets: Manual picker - micrographs display
