Local license is expired

It has been working fine until today I got “Error connecting to cryoSPARC license server. Checking local license file. Local license is expired. Please re-establish your connection to the license servers.”

How to fix it? The internet is fine and I can ping get.cryosparc.com. Thanks a lot.

Solved. In our case, it’s turns out to be the problem of our internet router, and solved the problem simply by rebooting it.
