Local license is expired

It has been working fine until today I got “Error connecting to cryoSPARC license server. Checking local license file. Local license is expired. Please re-establish your connection to the license servers.”

How to fix it? The internet is fine and I can ping get.cryosparc.com. Thanks a lot.

Hi, I recently installed cryosparc on my station. The version is 2.13.2. It runs fine for a while and now it says Error connecting to cryoSPARC license server. Checking local license file. Local license file is expired. Please re-establish your connection to the license servers. I cryosparcm restart, but it does not solve the problem. Anyone have the same issue for the moment? Solved. In our case, it’s turns out to be the problem of our internet router, and solved the problem simply by rebooting it.
