Imported project without plots and pictures

Hi,

We have probably the same problem as in this post. I tried to import a project from a troubled server to a new one. The only special point is that we could not detach the project on the original server before moving it.

Unfortunately, this post does not provide a solution. Does anybody have some ideas what I could test or check to solve this problem? Is there a simple way to re-read or re-create plots and thumbnails? It would be also interesting for me to learn where this information is stored or how it is generated.

@cbiertue What were the CryoSPARC versions on the “troubled” server and the new one, respectively? What kind of trouble did you experience?

4.7.1 on the broken server, and I upgraded the new cs server to the same version. We have some disk issues on the old server, which will hopefully be resolved in about a week, however, we want to move forward with a pressing project meanwhile.

Did this “disk issues” involve the storage for the project directory?

To help us better understand the current state of the project, please can you

  1. describe the current state of the project:
    • What is and what is not currently visible in the project via the web UI?
    • What actions are currently supported in the project, what actions are not?
  2. let us know the old and the new (after import) project IDs and the directory name of the project directory.
  3. send us the tgz file created by the command
    cryosparcm snaplogs
