Homogeneous refinement failed after reextract particles using original box size

Hi, the homogeneous refinement failed when I extract particles using original box size (752 pixel) without downsample, The pixel size of the micrograph is 0.653 A. The error message shown below:

All the parameters are default setting.

Our team looked into this error and concluded that the GPU memory in this case is too small to accommodate the relatively large box and other inputs.
The team’s recommendation in this case is to try this job after disabling Re-estimate greyscale level of input reference. Does this help?
