Error in non uniform refinement

While running NU-refine on binned particles of a small protein, I get the attached error. It seems cryosparc has run into an unexpected situation where the “downsampled” box used in FSC calculation for speed purposes is larger than the original box.

Thanks for reporting this. It appears to be a bug that arises when using very small box sizes – we will try to fix this in an upcoming patch!

This issue has been addressed in release 3.3.2
