I recently installed cryosparc on my station. The version is 2.13.2. It runs fine for a while and now it says Error connecting to cryoSPARC license server. Checking local license file. Local license file is expired. Please re-establish your connection to the license servers.
I cryosparcm restart, but it does not solve the problem. Anyone have the same issue for the moment?
Can you check that the machine that is running the cryoSPARC master application has access to our license server, https://get.cryosparc.com?
You can check by using the following command:
curl https://get.cryosparc.com
you should get a response that says:
{“message”:“Missing Authentication Token”}
This indicates that you are connected to the internet and can access our license servers. Any other output/error indicates something is wrong with the network.
