Hi @Y.Z, Can you check that the machine that is running the cryoSPARC master application has access to our license server, https://get.cryosparc.com? You can check by using the following command: curl https://get.cryosparc.com you should get a response that says: {“message”:“Missing Authentication Token”} This indicates that you are connected to the internet and can access our license servers. Any other output/error indicates something is wrong with the network.
