Database link error after the fresh cryosparc V3 installation

Hi,

Yesterday, I have tried to upgrade cryosparc V2 to V3.
But after installation, continuously I got errors for Data distribution error, pycuda, skcuda error etc.
So I decided to do new installation for V3.
For that, I copied my database folder to other site, and did installation.
But after installation, restored database wasn’t recognized by cryosparc.
my old path was cryosparc2_ and new is cryosparc_
I checked configuration files. all path looks correct.
But when I run queue, database looked for my old cryosparc2 path.
So I tried vice versa. I changed master and worker folders as cryosparc2_.
Then I got distribution error again.
Please let me know how do I link my old database to new cryosparc V3 including commands.

Hi,

Since, I tried reconnect with,
I got new errors.
I have RTX 2080 with CUDA 10.0
pycuda was installed by cryosparc, pycuda-2020.1.tar.gz by newcuda path update in worker folder.
Please take a look.

Hi Matt,

I am using RTX 2080.
I updated graphic driver 455.45 and CUDA 10.1.
It solved all my issues.
