I received an AssertionError in the new homogeneous refinement during the initial model resampling stage. The particles are in a 100 px box with 3.6486 Å/px and the model was in a 100 px box with 4.42 Å/px.
Hey @DanielAsarnow thanks for reporting - were you able to get around this?
I think there’s something off with the rounding in new refinement when the initial model and particles do not have equivalent box size (i.e. equivalent image extent in A)
I ran a legacy refinement and then used the output volume from that job to continue. I wonder if it’s actually because the box sizes are the same but the pixel sizes are different, seems like an easy edge case to miss in a conditional.
@DanielAsarnow I think we’ve found this problem now - just forgot to make sure volumes after resampling are even sized boxes. Will be fixed in next release.
This has been fixed and released in cryoSPARC v2.14.0, out now. Thanks for reporting!
