I received an AssertionError in the new homogeneous refinement during the initial model resampling stage. The particles are in a 100 px box with 3.6486 Å/px and the model was in a 100 px box with 4.42 Å/px.

I think there’s something off with the rounding in new refinement when the initial model and particles do not have equivalent box size (i.e. equivalent image extent in A)
I ran a legacy refinement and then used the output volume from that job to continue. I wonder if it’s actually because the box sizes are the same but the pixel sizes are different, seems like an easy edge case to miss in a conditional.
@DanielAsarnow I think we’ve found this problem now - just forgot to make sure volumes after resampling are even sized boxes. Will be fixed in next release.
