Dear Colleagues,

I’m getting a “Permission denied” in the 2nd step of installation. I can’t seem to go any further. After I cd into the directory I will run the installation, then exporting my LICENSE ID. I run the command:

curl -L https://get.cryosparc.com/download/master-latest/$LICENSE_ID > cryosparc2_master.tar.gz

This returns a “Permission denied” message. I even tried this using the sudo .

Are you sure you are using the correct License ID?

Hi. Saru. I was using the correct license. Fortunately it was able to be resolved.
