Why the X-axis of the GSFSC curve is only 3A in CryoSPARC's Homo Refine? And how can I change it to 2 or 1 A?

Hi,

I am new to CryoSPARC and have a basic question. Why is the X-axis of my GSFSC curve limited to 3 Å, making it impossible to see values where the Y-axis drops to 0? Which parameter should I adjust when setting up the Homogeneous Refinement job to change the range of the X-axis?

Thank you so much!

@jkang3 What is the pixel size (in Å) of the input particles?

Hi,
It is 1.08

Thank you

I think you either down sample your particles, or super resolution but not type pix size accordingly.

Thank you so much for your reply.
You mean the parameter of extraction is not appropriate?

What number should I input for a good GSFSC curve?

Thank you for your help.

you binned your data 1.3-fold (500/384), so your pixel size is now 1.4A, corresponding to the Nyquist limit 2.8, which is where the X axis ends on your plot.

Now I know, thank you so much~
