Dear All,
In Centos 8 I have installed cryosparc which works nicely.
Recently in order to install another software unrelated to cryosparc, I find it requests me to install fftwa2 by “yum install fftw2”.
Does this new fftw2 installation affects the installed cryosparc to the extent the cryosparc would not work any more?
