I have a rather stupid question, but after updating to cryosparc V2.9.0, I cannot find 3D variability job in the list of job builder. Am I missing something or what did I do wrong? I appreciate all inputs.

Not a problem. You should find the 3D Variability Analysis and 3D Variability Display jobs under the “Variability” header:
If you don’t see that, first restart cryoSPARC:
cryosparcm restart
then, reload all the jobs:
cryosparcm cli "refresh_job_types()"
refresh the webapp, and hopefully it shows up!
After reloading jobs, I am able to get the variability category in the job builder. Thank you so much for your swift reply!
