When Intial model always get err

Hi all,

My initial model jobs always meet a err like below.my cryosparc version is 3.2.Is there any suggestions?is this a bug?Sometimes it work fine.looking forward your suggestions.Thanks very much.

Hi @wonderful,

Can you also report for us your OS version, NVIDIA driver version, and CUDA version?
We have reports of this issue sometimes on CentOS7 (which seems to have a lot of other problems with CUDA programs)

Thanks for your reply.My os is centos7,GPU is 3090,CUDA is 11.2,driver maybe is the newest one.Can I install centos8 or Ubuntu to solve this problem?looking forward your reply.thanks very much.

I am having a similar problem but only in ab initio and not any other programmes I am using.

It produces some interesting looking results before crashing:

NVIDIA-SMI 460.32.03 Driver Version: 460.32.03 CUDA Version: 11.2

CentOS Linux release 7.7.1908 (Core)
