The plot should visible near the top of the Event Log. To scroll back to the top of the Event Log, you may need to push the Show from top near the upper left corner of the UI:

this is my plot now I see it …

but still I am having issue, when I start with the movies and perform Patchmotion correction followed by patch CTF, I notice a bright dot in the middle of the image -

and I tried to also turn on the option of flipping the gain reference in X direction and same issue

It doesn’t look to me that there are resolutions of less than 3A in that set. That makes it unlikely that you get a much better resolution from this set of micrographs (if I understand it correctly, I am rather new to this, so I might not…)
