Value error: total size of an new array must be unchanged

Hi,
I’m trying to do a particle subtraction job before local refinement job. First I imported target particles from relion3.1 and then I did a non-uniform refinement job successfully in cryosparc2 . However when I use the non-uniform refinement particles to do particle subtraction, the following error appeared. What should I do to solve this?

Would you be able to update, then patch your cryoSPARC instance, re-attempt this job and report any error message you still may encounter?

Thanks！ I updated it from v2.15.0 to v3.3.2. And the error was gone.
