it appears that in v5, the “Split Volumes“ job type drops all passthrough columns from input particles except for alignments3D and 3D_multi. This causes issues in downstream, e.g. reextraction or filament tracking.

You are correct, Split Volumes is indeed passing through outputs incorrectly. We’ve recorded the issue and will include in a fix in the next release. Thank you for reporting!
As a workaround until we fix this, you can connect the missing output columns from the upstream job (rows for the upstream particles that are not in the split group will be ignored).
