I upgraded to v5, but now my installation doesn’t work. Is it possible to revert? I’m afraid my database has been migrated to v5 and won’t work backwards.
The upgrade instructions also describe how to downgrade back to eg. v4.7.1:
Thank you for your response. To be perfectly honest, I screwed up really badly while attempting to update and ended up deleting the cryosparc_master directory thinking I could just re-install from v4.6 which is what we had. I still have a backup of my cryosparc_database folder (after unsuccessfully updating to v5)
What is the best course of action? Just a clean re-install to v5 and then importing my database backup? is there a way to recover the users?
I managed to get everything back by reinstalling, updating to v5, putting my database copy back in position, and then downgrading to 4.6.
