Updating Cryosparc

Hello,

I am trying to update Cryosparc on my workstation and the update process runs into this error:

CryoSPARC current version v3.1.0
      update starting on Sun 18 Jul 2021 02:51:59 PM MDT

No version specified - updating to latest version.

CryoSPARC is running.
Stopping cryoSPARC
error: <class ‘PermissionError’>, [Errno 13] Permission denied: file: /opt/cryosparc/cryosparc_master/deps/anaconda/envs/cryosparc_master_env/lib/python3.7/site-packages/supervisor/xmlrpc.py line: 560
cryosparc_user@nautilus:~$ cryosparcm update

Permissions look fine and I made sure everything is owned by the cryosparc user that was crated for the install. Any ideas?

I think I figured out the problem or at-least what caused it.
The user of this workstation was starting cryosparc using his
sudo privileges .
