Update available message on v4.7.1-cuda12+251124

It is a very minor, cosmetic issue. We currently have v4.7.1-cuda12 installed and patch 251124 applied. Somehow, webui displays “Update available”. Otherwise, there is no other issue.

Thanks @olaf for reporting. This output is indeed misleading; we made a note. Please ignore the suggestion to “update” from v4.7.1-cuda12 to v4.7.1.
