Unable to restart cryosparc from other logins which

hello everyone i have installed cryosparc on our cluster but i am facing issue when i try to run cryosparcm start or restart from other user it gives error as
error: <class ‘PermissionError’>, [Errno 13] Permission denied: file: /home/apps/SourceApps/cryosparc/cryosparc_master/deps/anaconda/envs/cryosparc_master_env/lib/python3.10/site-packages/supervisor/xmlrpc.py line: 557

please help

cryosparcm commands that change the state of the CryoSPARC installation should be run only by the designated, non-privileged Linux user (guide).
