Unable to connect to Cryosparc Server

Hi,

My coworker installed Cryosparc on our machine and sent me a link and password to access the program on the server from my office. But the link is not working: Unable to connect! When he tries to access with the same link from the machine where Cryosparc is installed it works.

What could be the reason? Is there someone who already experienced this?

Hi Johannes,

This sounds like a network issue. You may need to talk to your IT department about changing the firewall rules to allow a remote connection from your office computer to the cryosparc computer via the correct ports. This is assuming that both computers are on the same network or VPN.
