I found a couple of typos on the " Downloading and Installing CryoSPARC" page of the Guide - Downloading and Installing CryoSPARC - CryoSPARC Guide
In both of the CryoSPARC Installation sections (single workstation & master node):
The line:
<initial_firstname> = “LastName”
should be:
<initial_firstname> = “FirstName”
In the Single Workstation CryoSPARC Installation:
The line:
Versions of CryoSPARC prior to v4.4.0 also require --cuda_path < cuda path >
should be:
