Trouble accessing cryoSPARC

Hi, all.
I got error of cryoSPARC suddently. I can’t download any result or start a new job.
I think maybe the reason is the app_dev and webapp_dev is not started.
CryoSPARC process status:

Do you have any ideas to solve this problem?

Hi @shubo,

Thanks for the post - from the process status you posted there doesn’t seem to be anything wrong (*_dev processes do not need to be running). Are you able to see the cryoSPARC web interface?

Could you please post the output of cryosparcm log command_core?

Thank you very much for your reply.
I have re-installed the cryosparc.
Before I re-installed the cryosparc, I did the cryosparcm backup and made a copy of the cyrosparc_database folder. after I re-installed, all the old job is missing, how can I restore the data?

You can use the cryosparcm restore command to restore the contents of the database based on a backup: https://guide.cryosparc.com/setup-configuration-and-management/management-and-monitoring/cryosparcm#cryosparcm-restore
