I have tried to run topaz train beta several times now with no success. I am not sure if this is an issue with the program or memory on my computer. Any insights would be much appreciated.

This appears to be a memory error, not a bug. How much memory do you have on this computer? I suggest reducing the number of CPUs/threads and trying again.
