Supervisorctl: command not found

Dear all,
I am trying to install the recent v.2.90 using stand alone option. I am getting an error of
line 381: supervisorctl: command not found.

For more information. Please have a look in to the attached screenshot.

Any suggestions are welcome,

you can simple install it using pip or yum.
after install it if you meet other problem though installation, you’d better make sure the supervisor process are killed, you can use ps command to check it or reboot the computer.

A simple system update, restart and fresh installation worked.
