Sudden database error (spawn error)

Thanks for sending us the database.log file.
It seems the database is corrupted

I recommend

• identification and elimination of the database malfunction’s underlying cause(s)

Then either

• restoration of a recent database backup

or

• establishment of a fresh database with subsequent
  • reconnection of workers
  • re-creation of users
  • attachment of CryoSPARC projects

The cited recommendations apply to CryoSPARC v4. For CryoSPARC v3, use import instead of attachment of CryoSPARC projects.
There is the additional option of “repair”, but one has to keep in mind that option’s limitations.
