Specifying Launch Node

Hello,

I am running cryoSPARC v2 on a cluster with 4 nodes using slurm to schedule jobs. I would like to be able to select which node to submit jobs to when launching. Is it possible to do this using different lanes that call different sbatch scripts and, if so, is there a reference for how to do this?

Hi @rxh012,

It is possible to set up individual nodes as lanes in cryoSPARC so that you can schedule jobs to specific nodes using the cryoSPARC scheduler. Please see how to do this on our reference docs, at the end of this section:
