Slurm_load_jobs error: Invalid job id specified for version 4.5.3

Hi, I installed version 4.5.3 of cryoSPARC this week, running on our cluster. But i when start importing moives the error come out: invalid job id specified.

The version of master and worker are the same. Then I found in the log of Metadata, there a error report: “cryosparc_worker/bin/cryosparcw: line 67: config.sh: No such file or directory
ERROR: Is cryoSPARC installed? Run install.sh to complete installation. See https://guide.cryosparc.com for full instructions.”

are they have some connections? I would appreciate you could help solve the problem.

could indicate that the cryosparc_worker/install.sh step was either not performed or failed.
You may want to retry cryosparc_worker/install.sh (with appropriate parameters) and watch for errors during installation.

Yes, Thanks a lot! indeed, for somehow, i didn’t install the cryosparc_worker successfully. now it’s been solved
