Single class heterogeneous refinement?

Hi,

It might be useful to have an option to run heterogeneous refinement with a single class (for the same reasons that single-class 2D classification is occasionally useful, and single class 3D classification is useful in Relion (basically flexibility - tuning learning rate etc while aligning particles to a common reference). Currently at least two classes are required.
