Sharpening Error (NameError: name 'input_result' is not defined)

Hello,

I am attempting to sharpen my refined ab intitio model. The experiment input is the refined map from my previous experiment. The error that occurs is:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File “/home/exx/cryosparc/cryosparc-compute/sparcjob.py”, line 372, in
input_result_doc = MongoLinkedDict(mongo_results_collection, (input_result[‘result_id’]))
NameError: name ‘input_result’ is not defined

I have attempted inputting different maps (.mrc files), but I get this error every time. Is there a step I am skipping in the work flow?

Thank you.

No this is a bug that’s fixed in the version I’m deploying this afternoon

Hello,
How does one get that fix. I am having that problem also.

Cheers

Hi John,

When a new update is available, there will be a prompt on the dashboard with a button that initiates the update.

Hi, I did not see it yet. I installed it on Tuesday, I think.

Cheers and Thank you

There was a small delay in the deployment - it’s happening today

Great thanks. I am looking forward to it.

Cheers
John

Hi,
I had been running sharpening after the patch. But yesterday I got the same answer. We have been updating some of other software to use CUDA8, but that should not be a problem. I cannot understand why the patch is no longer working? Any thoughts?

Hi it started working again.
