ServerError: Authentication failed - License-ID mismatch

We recently install cryosPARC v4.2.0 and meet the "Errors for create user ". We check the ID is correct,
ServerError: Authentication failed - License-ID mismatch.
Please ensure cryosparc_master/config.sh and cryoparc_worker/config.sh have the same CRYOSPARC_LICENSE_ID entry

  • is this a new or an updated installation. In the latter case, what was the previous version?
  • during which activity and where (terminal, event log) was the error observed?
  • please paste additional lines of output that precede the error message.
