For 3D classification we will in certain cases now have many classes (40+). It would be useful to be able to select multiple classes at once (rather than just dragging and dropping individual classes).
Would it be possible to generalize Select 2D to allow for selection of 3D classes? Maybe showing projections or slices of 3D classes in place of 2D class averages?
Sorry to revive this old topic, but I just wanted to second Oli’s suggestion to implement a
Select 3D classes job. I’m beginning to use 3D classification with 50+ classes in my workflow, and it’s a little time consuming to have to manually drag the particle blobs into the next series of jobs. An option to streamline selecting 3D classes would be greatly appreciated!
