Scale bar on micrograph import inaccurate (CS 4.5)

I saw the new scale bars for the micrograph import job and got quite excited… then disappointment came crashing down.

I’ve processed this dataset a couple of hundred times as we use it for shorter training courses and I use it for a ~1 hour sanity check on any new system or processing suite, so I am 100% sure the pixel size is correct.

Apoferritin is approximately 120A. So why do the scale bars make it look like its ~50A?

4K TIFF movies converted from EER.

I’ll check with an EER dataset later today, see if that’s any different.
