Same license ID problem

Our lab has been running cryosparc on a local GPU workstation. Recently, we had cryosparc installed on a node of the HPC cluster in our University, and now cryosparc has stopped working on the local workstation, complaining that “Token is invalid. Another cryoSPARC instance is running with the same license ID.”
I don’t know how this could have happened – the two installations run on separate computers and have separate tokens/license IDs. The only thing is common are the email addresses of the people using it. Can you please advice?
