Running ResMap on CSparc half-maps

Hi,

When I run resmap in split-volume mode on half-maps from cryosparc, resmap severely underestimates the resolution - e.g. for something with a global FSC of 3.7, I get a resmap mean resolution of 5.0 (and I get more realistic results starting resmap with a relion half-volume pair). Has anyone else encountered this, and any tips for solving?
