I’m looking for advice on the best practices to generate a Rosenthal-Henderson plot in CryoSPARC. Is the current recommended approach to run multiple refinement jobs with varying numbers of particles, or is there a more streamlined method?
Are you trying to just figure out how many particles are sufficient to get a certain resolution (or figure out if your resolution has plateaued with your current number of particles)? If so you can run a Reslog analysis job and it will generate the plots for you. See the job details here.
