Hi all,

Is it possible to continue/restart a failed job? For example, failed CTF estimation job?

BTW, is there a quick way to find out the path where the projects store the data?

Nope, no way to continue jobs unfortunately.

The path is predictable from the project number, the job number and the base directory you set up for your cryosparc projects - e.g. ~/cryosparc2_projects/P5/J139, for job J139 of project P5 in the base directory cryosparc2_projects.

Unfortunately the facility to copy the path of a particular output has gone away in v2, but the location is at least fairly predictable in a way it wasn’t in v0.
