Hi everyone. This is Azadeh. I have a question about the Euler Sphere. I know it gives a sense of orientation. But I do not know how I can get it from cryo spark? or Should I download the map and continue on Chimera X? I really appreciate it if you can guide me
Do you mean visualise orientations?
The “Viewing Direction Distribution” plot is what you want, or, alternatively if you want a “sphere” view around your map, download the .bild file which CryoSPARC allows you to download:
And open in Chimera(X) with your map.

To be fair, it used to be more difficult, requiring PyEM to convert the angles to a .bild file, but Structura added .bild output… some time around CryoSPARC 4.2 or so? I forget exactly.
