Hi
Cryosparc is currently running in our Linux workstation. How can I remotely access to cryosparc, which is running to check the results and set up processing? I can access to the workstation by using ssh. But I don’t know how to look at ongoing cryosparc activity.

Hello,
There are several command lines that you could run to check the status of your job and cryosparc itself. But I guess it will enough if you log in through ssh -Y (to get graphics) and open a browser there (just type firefox &). Then simply go to the web address of your cryosparc instance
