Related to anaconda for cryoSPARC install

Dear All,

Before I install cryoSPARC, I must uninstall the previously installed anaconda. Then After I have successfully installed cryoSPARC, can I reinstall a version of anaconda independent of the installed cryoSPARC, without influencing the function of cryoSPARC?

Yes.

Although I believe in the latest update (3.01), cryoSPARC is supposed to temporarily disable your existing conda environment during installation, meaning you shouldn’t have to worry about it.
