Regroup 3D classes error

Hi @mmclean,

I am encountering a similar error with the “Regroup 3D classes” job in CS v4.4.1 - the SLURM submission script also has ntasks=0 which causes the job to fail. The job was directly queued from a 3D classification job.

sbatch: error: Invalid numeric value “0” for --ntasks.

Thanks for the report, and apologies you’re facing this issue. This is a known bug when launching Regroup 3D Classes on a cluster setup – it will be fixed in an upcoming release.
