I did F-crop during motion correction (0.535A/pixel to 1.07A/pixel) and all the refinement, finally get a quite nice map. But I still need high res information so where can I get the original particles? I’m not sure your method mentioned works for me. Should I redo a extraction for micrographs?

Sure! My best refinement reaches 3.13A. Since my box size after F-crop is 1.07A/pixel, the resolution don’t reach the Nyquist limit yet. I want to know some details inside the map so can I gain some benefits by unbinning particles or just keep refining the particle sets?
Moving back to super res micrographs won’t give an appreciable improvement in the reconstruction if you’re still that far away from Nyquist. Optimising CTF parameters and RBMC are your best bet, if not optimised already.
