A slightly different take on Oli’s here.
Is it possible to either take outputs from a manual Select 2D job, and a reference volume of interest, and perform reference-based analysis to plot e.g. Sobel and correlation scores, or to cross-reference them after the fact?
It would be a helpful way to hone in, retrospectively, on thresholds that best recapitulate desired selection behaviour when developing an automated workflow.
I attempted to feed the selected groups from a Select 2D into a Ref Auto Select 2D, but it errored out.
