I was attempting to update CryoSPARC and free up some space, as it wouldn’t start due to having less than 5GB available. In the process, I mistakenly deleted some old files from the cryosparc_database
folder. While I was able to restart CryoSPARC afterward, I can no longer log in—it now says “user not found.” Unfortunately, I am the only admin user.
Is there any way to recover my username or create a new user account? Also, does this mean I’ve lost all the jobs I previously processed?
Please advise.
